nojohnyouare: Leaning against Yuuichi. (to make you stay)
[personal profile] nojohnyouare
Pet
-Bear-san: A tiny robot bear transfigured from a Roomba, he's able to project a shield and vacuum things. Began as an orphaned AI Florida black bear Mai couldn't resist taking home. As of the Bellmare Mountains dungeon, he transforms to his cognitive form of a real bear inside active Fissures and back to a small robot bear in stable areas.

Bear-san's Stuff
-Dog Bear Toys: A tug-of-war chew toy, a ball, and a stuffed zebra. Bear-san likes to paw at them and vacuum them.
-Leash: A bright pink leash that Bear-san gets to wear every time there are new animals around, just in case.
-Remote-Control Car: Beep beep! A tiny little racecar that you can control with the remote that comes with it. ... Batteries not included. (now filled with batteries)
-Batteries: You know. For stuff. (loaded into the RC car)
-Kuma Kigurumi: A tiny hand-knitted bear kigurumi that's just the right size for Bear-san.

Clothes
-Palette Swap's Dress: A mauve dress over a beige long-sleeved shirt, plus a greyish jacket and orange-red scarf, all very muted. (it's just her outfit from the last episode but i'm making a clarith joke it's not actually someone else's dress)
-Ribbon: A large lavender ribbon. Can't fight if your hair's flying everywhere.
-Thrift Store Clothes: A ruffly blue shirt that clashes badly with the plain pants it came with. This is what was in the box that fit.
-Salvaged Clothes: Two spaghetti-strap tank tops (one maroon, one magenta), black cargo shorts, a white denim jacket with a grass stain on the elbow, and mismatched socks.
-Invisisleeves: A long-sleeved denim shirt, with camo print sleeves. (x2; on one, one sleeve has a small tear)
-Spoopy Stompers: A pair of platform sneakers, with bat wings on the heels.
-Winter Coat: A pink ski jacket, the kind everyone looks like a frumpy marshmallow in in exchange for actual protection for extreme cold.
-Winter Boots: Same.
-Ski Pants: Still useful, still ugly.
-Hipster Outfit: Incendia's latest fashion trend.
-Flower Dress: Great for semi-formal events.
-Pink Bikini: Hey, it's almost like the one she used in the mansion! Almost. You can see the scar over her heart in this thing, but it's not like she hides her other fatal scar, so.
-Thigh-High Socks: A gradient in the colours of the bisexual flag, because even Mai can follow the station's fashion trends sometimes. Also because she likes them.
-Neat Sneakers: A pair of those sneakers that light up when you stomp with them.
-Galaxy Flames: An A-line dress that would be plain, but it's got a space print in fire colours.
-Dress Socks: A brand new pack of dress socks! There's eight pairs, four in black and four in white.
-By Any Other Name: A hairpin, decorated with striking blue roses and jet black feathers. The rose appears to be the real thing (it even smells authentic!) but no matter how long you wear it or how roughly you handle it, it'll never wilt or get squished and misshapen.
-Killer Shades: Some aviators made for someone with three eyes. The lenses will tint to whatever colour your want when you put them on.
-Cursed Sweatpants: A pair of low-crotch capri sweatpants. There's no actual curse but... just look at them. :(
-Ear Today, Gone Tomorrow: A pair of ruby stud earrings. They're beautiful and catch the light in a very fetching way. They're enchanted, so no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to misplace them.
-Rabbit Kigurumi: This is adorable. Mai's child-appropriate Halloween costume.
-Supportive Crocs: A pair of bright green crocs. There's a pair of hands at the heel that will gently and supportively clutch your calves to keep the shoes from falling off.
-Stapler Glove: A chunky metal glove, made to fit someone's left hand. It allows the wearer to staple documents by pinching them between their thumb and forefinger. Use with caution!

Useful Items
-Tea Tin: A tin of black, loose-leaf tea. It's got a nice but not overpowering hint of strawberry to it. (part of it now used)
-Tea Tin: A tin of loose-leaf rooibos tea. It's mixed with spices that make your nose tickle a bit.
-Bundle of Chopsticks: A fist-sized cluster of mismatched chopsticks, bound together with twine. There's an even number of chopsticks, so even if they don't match, you'll always end up with a pair.
-Magical Theory: A textbook from Incendia, focusing on learning the basics of how magic works in this world.
-Duffel Bag: Larger on the inside. She's stuck a luggage tag with a bird on it and written "MAI" on the back.
-Helpful Cutlery: A knife and fork set. It's enchanted so that when you pick them up at your meal, the knife and fork will take the reigns and try to feed you.
-Undisclosed Personal Item: It's shoved under her mattress and she got it at the Incendia love shop. That's all you need to know.
-Sword 2.0: The sword is bright blue plastic and solid enough that you could almost give someone bruises with it without any magic involved.
-Paints: Some regular old art class paints. (some used)
-Roll Paper: Paper to make signs or banners with. (some used)
-Blanket: A dark red fleece blanket. It's warm and cozy.
-Personal Water Filter: A handheld water filter, roughly the shape and size of a can of hairspray. If you stick one end into any body of water, you'll be able to enjoy a drink of safe, clean water from the other.
-Holofabricator: A chunky bracelet with buttons scattered across its surface. Fiddle around with the settings and you'll discover that it can project the appearance of any outfit you like. Keep in mind that this is just a projection, so don't go running around in your birthday suit under this thing.
-Self-Cooking Skillet: A skillet that will automatically fry anything you put in it. Simply pop in the food, add a dash of oil and fiddle with the settings. The skillet does all the hard work for you and it'll even shut off to keep from torching your food. Now that's handy! (x2)
-Light Light: A sturdy handheld flashlight. It's pretty bulky and gives off a very strong light but it hardly weighs anything. Now that's handy!
-Instant Miso Ramen: A little brown pill, no bigger than a boiled sweet. The wrapper declares "Instant ramen -- just add boiling water!". If you choose to do so, the pill will immediately split open and spill out into the water, giving you a full bowl of steaming miso ramen with all the trimmings.
-Ruff and Tuff Coffee Mug: A chunky coffee mug molded and painted to look like a simple but still very charming cartoon dog.

Decor
-Bumper Sticker: A bright bumper sticker with "Honk if you Love Boobies" written on it beside a picture of a blue-footed booby bird. Licensed Airlocked! merchandise someone wanted to get rid of, it bears the logo and copyright information in small font in the corner. (put on her bedroom door above her name)
-Clippy's Final Form: At first glance, this looks like a giant, two-handed sword but when you take a closer look, you realize it's actually made of a huge cluster of interconnected paper clips. (hung on the wall)
-Plastic Sword: A European-style sword that can't even cut fruit, much less people. "Property of Eastern High Drama Department" is written on the handle in small letters. The end has melted into a pool and hardened, so it's been relegated to a decoration. (put in the corner of her room)
-Vinyl Lady: A figure of some random girl in a fanservice fantasy minidress from a show that doesn't really exist, thanks to Incendia's comic shop. Who knows why Mai picked this up.
-Electric Candle: Technically some sort of lamp, but it's designed to look like a tall wax candle. The light even flickers gently, like it's being given off by a flame.
-Feather Pillow: A comfy feather pillow in a plain black case.

...Sure
-Chicken Egg Basket: A wire basket shaped like a chicken, for keeping your eggs in. The chicken clucks softly whenever you take eggs out of it.
-Gacha-chan Plushie: A cartoony plush doll of a pretty, white-haired girl in a wildly accessorized and colourful decora kei outfit. When you give her a squeeze, she sing-says the words "No loot, no life!"
-Whiskey: A bottle of expensive whiskey. It tastes like wealth.
-Early Morning Coffee Mug: It's a plain white coffee mug! Until you flip it over and see the picture of a hand flipping you off on the bottom.
-"Fly Away Far": A music sheet for an aria in a language you don't immediately recognize. When translated, the lyrics tell of a longing to fly away from captivity, towards freedom and the open sky. The melody is sorrowful and somehow desperate.
-Sentai Rangers: A three-pack of sentai figures from a series you're not familiar with. They're poseable!
-Champagne: A bottle of high-quality champagne. Did you know those metal cages keeping the corks in the bottle are called muselets?
-Tinned Fear: A tin with a plain white label, reading FEAR. When you pop it open, you'll find yourself wracked with hysterical terror for at least five minutes, unable to calm down no matter how hard you try.
-Ask Again Later: A mystic 8 ball! Just as unhelpful as ever. This one at least as the common courtesy to repair itself if it's ever broken, though.
-Leafblower: This is just... straight up a leaf-blower. Use it with caution, young padawan.
-"Miracle Wish" Plushie: A cute cartoony plush version of a pink-haired girl with a flashy pink and gold outfit. When you squeeze her, she says "Wish upon a star! I'm Miracle Wish!"

No Longer Has
-Butterfly-san: A small glass bottle of shimmering butterfly wings that glow with a faint crimson light. The bottle itself is warm to the touch, heated by its contents. (given to trading post)
-Peas: Five pounds of frozen peas. Time to find some recipes. (a bunch of them made into a LOT of pea soup, the rest left in the freezer)
-Ornamental Lights: A string of rope lights that change from red to blue and back over the course of thirty seconds or so. (taken down from her room and given to Yuuri)
-Soup Cup: A cup, for soup! This particular cup has some sort of enchantment on it and will convert any liquid it's filled with into a lovely chicken noodle soup. (given to Goro)
-Flower Arrangement: A lovely bouquet of fresh flowers. They're held together with a neatly tied bow. (given to Yuuri in the infirmary)
-Krab Krunchies: A bag of tiny, bite-sized crabs. They just look like snacks but when you pop them in your mouth, they scuttle around until you bite down. Gruesome! (vacuumed up by Bear-san and subsequently removed from him and set free into the wild)
-TV Dinner: A depressing TV dinner. Everything kind of tastes the same. (eaten)
-Trail Mix Bar: A bar of trail mix, with a little bit of chocolate on the bottom. It's handy for taking on trips. (eaten)
-Roomba: A small circular robot whose lot in life is to clear up your messes. It's hard to tell if it actually has any A.I. in there, but it's chirpy and cute. Don't you just want to protect it? (given to Arianna)
-Science Experiment: A 2-litre bottle of some sort of off-brand soda... and some Mentos. (eaten)
-Plastic Plates: A set of 12 plastic plates, six bowls, five cups and five sets of knives, forks and spoons. Definitely don't microwave these. (x2) (used in birthday party)
-Bulk Pack of Rice (White): An enormous bulk bag of rice. Just imagine all the things you could make with this! (all eaten or otherwise used)
